Travel Texas – Temple – 42nd Annual Texas Early Day Tractor and Engine State Show

The first weekend in October is a big deal in Temple, Texas as they host the Early Day Tractor and Engine State Show. This weekend, October 5th, will be the 42nd year for this event!
For history and farm buffs, it’s a great opportunity to see antique and contemporary tractors and equipment up close. And there’s also a lot of other activities – a tractor parade, tractor pulls, demonstrations of Corn Shelling, Wheat Threshing and Big Engines.
You can purchase fall-off-the-bone barbecue and homemade ice cream.
