Travel Texas – Fredericksburg – Historic Schools Open House


On April 5th, several historic schools buildings will be opened for tours and each school will have former students and/or teachers available for discussion. For history buffs or researchers, this is a rare opportunity. In conjunction, there will be a fund raising barbecue as well as some other fund raising events.


The following schools will be open on April 5th from 11am – 4pm: Rheingold School (built in 1900), Nebgen School (built in 1936), Willow City School (built in 1905), Cave Creek School (built in 1881), Junction School (built in 1911)
